Services

Provision Media offers photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and related media services. The scope of services provided will be specified in the agreement or quote prior to any work commencing.  

Bookings 

•Booking: All services require an initial consultation or quote. A non-refundable deposit of [XX]% is required to secure your booking. 

Copyright and Usage Rights

•Provision Media Rights: Provision Media retains the right to use the created content for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.Clients may use the content for personal and business purposes.

Liability

      •Provision Media is not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, property, or personal injuries that may occur during the course of the service. Clients should ensure that all necessary permissions or clearances are obtained for locations and people involved in the project.
